Empire Simurgh Unit
This is my interpretation of a simurgh from Persian/Iranian mythology. It’s currently only for the empire because I love the faction but I will add it to a number of factions in the future. There is a non-rider variation included in this mod for custom battles but I didn’t care to add it to campaign since the rider variation is much better. It is currently stronger than your standard hippogryph riders but it isn’t quite as OP as my previous unit mods. Certainly not lore friendly, what a shock if you’ve subscribed to my other mods, right?
I have not tested this in campaign so if it doesn’t function properly please let me know. I will continue to update this graphically as I get to it, i.e. once I finish making all of the unit mods I’ve wanted to make. This will probably include a new color scheme for the armor and rider but who knows? Let me know what colors you think would go well with the body. I will also probably add it as a mount to my other mods as well since I enjoy it.
