Controling the script conquest.lua you can manage the number of units that are attacking or defending. For more difficult (hardcore) 22-24 units x wave in defense in the future visit the mod Donner. Currently in defense 12-14 units x wave.
Features (currently modded difficulty standard, so try standard and i will create new difficulty settings with your feedback)

Stage I: 80 CP
Stage II: 100 CP
Stage III: 120 CP
Stage IV: 140 CP
Stage V: 160 CP

Defense preparation time between 10 and 15 min (maybe it will be changed to 10 min)

Reduced CP cost for all weapons (1 man = 1CP), included the last squads added in the last update (1.42). Idk if this mod is compatible with MACE. For CEv2 compatibility search the mod Konigstiger. As the units cost less CP for all nations, prepare yourself for huge battles. 15 levels of veterancy.

-Auto-medic script.
-AA enhancment.
-Weather change.

You must activate this mod the last in the list for be sure that these 3 features work properly, specially auto-heal script.

1500 victory points (longer battle).
Textures and skins for vehicles (AT, AA) and tanks.
Uncensored material (in construction).

COLD WAR and CCCP in westfront (you can play USA vs USSR and viceversa, and play as USSR in westfront versus Germany).

SUPPLY: more ammo (currently 1000, but it will change depending of the type of supply) and large radius of supply (50 meters).

This mod is designed specially to play in heroic difficulty in standard economy (i only modded the standard resources files). For this reason, the IA will take a slowly investigation for make the game more inmersive and experiment each period of the war in multiples battles.

Intro and music of Battlefield mod.

I suggest using this mod with the mod "Repair tools".
MAPS: 5 map options in each attack (more posibilities).
