MACE Range increase and Supply (Lower range and vision version)

Rework of lower vision mod it has less range and vision than MACE Long Range and supply, but still have good amount this make it good for playing fog of war
This mod must be apply last in order to work!!!!!
Supply range and ammo has greatly increase, ammo from 1000 to 7500
