More Accurate Religions for RICE
Adds many missing tenets to the vanilla religions that were omitted by paradox due to the 3 tenet limit. Should now be more historically accurate.
Uses on_actions to add tenets to all vanilla religions 1 day after the first game start.
New 2025-07-12:
-Added a game rule to toggle whether you want to add a special doctrine by on_action to Christian faiths to add the 7 heavenly virtues and deadly sins
