Byzantium – Declare the Roman Empire
For the few nations that can be considered Rump States of the Roman Empire in one form or another – Byzantium, Trebizond, Theodoro – this mod incorporates the suggestion that they should be able to declare themselves the restored Roman Empire after reaching the main frontiers accomplished by Justinian, rather than pushing across France all the way to York. It also includes a little event for such nations to allow them to respect the two great capitals of the Empire, Rome and Constantinople. Let me know what you think!
