Upgrade to Bad Dragon Don’t Ruin My Bases by Macros.

This mod prevents Burst of Water event while Dragon Cave is active. It also prevents Inundated Land from creating Shallow Water when skill is triggered. Previous mod only prevented Shallow Water from being generated as a result of Eruption skill.
