New Vassal System : Vilayat
Vilayat is a decentralized way to govern the country by appointing viceroys (Vālī) to different regions and granting them with sufficient autonomy to rule the supposed region on your behalf.
After forming each Vilayat you may choose the primary culture of the Vilayat, the culture of the Viceroy, and in some cases, Like the Vilayat of Kurdistan or Yemen, you are able to choose the flag of your Vilayat among the possible options!
New Specific Government Reforms!
you are able now to choose your different tier reforms among 9 specific reforms carefully created with respect to the exact history of the Iran super-region.
Two new Disasters:
Power Struggle Disaster:
on the mid of 17th century various issues and problems caused the revolt of Vilayats and people up-rises. Now it’s up to you how to deal with these rebellious Vilayats and bring law and order back to the realm!
Constitutional Revolution Disaster:
As a role-friendly alternative, instead of default Revolution Disaster, you may now enjoy a new disaster with various events and remind people of their power to make impressive changes!
