His battle powers are a bit unorthodox, but he’s able to dish out all of the best attacks. And when he’s at 80% or over, his Special Moves become enhanced, to make him the strongest of them all.
Press ATK when the match starts to turn on English voices, or SPC to turn on Japanese voices!
By the way, you can use Down + Taunt to swap your voice mid-match between English or Japanese by pressing ATK or SPC when prompted, just like during the intro!
Normal Attacks:
- Jab – Forward Press: 17 performs an approaching palm strike for 2% damage. It can be canceled into any Tilt attack.
- Side Tilt – Roundhouse Kick: 17 does a reaching overhead roundhouse kick. Deals 6% damage.
- Downward Tilt – Slide Kick: 17 performs a strong sweeping kick that hits both sides, and pops the opponent upwards, for 5% damage. This move can be jump-canceled on hit, but the window is tight.
- Upward Tilt – Cyclone Flip: 17 performs a backflip somersault kick. Deals 6% damage. This move can be canceled into Strongs and Specials on hit.
- Dash Attack – Top Gear: 17 performs a dashing straight, and if it hits, he performs a second attack, shooting a ki blast at the opponent he just grabbed with the uppercut. Deals 4% damage with the first hit, and 4% with the second hit.
Strong Attacks:
- Side Strong (AIR OK) – Super Electric Strike: 17 charges up electric energy, and swings it forwards in a short-range slicing electricity slash. In the air, he comes to a near stop, and cannot change his position. The initial hit deals 3%, the three consecutive hits deal 2%, and the final hit deals 3% when uncharged. Its range is shorter in the air.
- Downward Strong (AIR OK) – Rocket Drop Kick: 17 jumps up a short distance, before shooting ki behind him to rocket down and slam into the ground. This move sends opponents outwards. Deals 10% uncharged.
- Upward Strong – Photon Flash: 17 uppercuts at close range, and if he grabs an opponent, he will hit them with a close-range Photon Flash for 11% damage. This move can be performed out of a jump squat, but the window to do so is short.
Special Attacks:
- Neutral Special – Power Blitz: 17 fires two energy blasts from one hand. It can be held for up to a second to delay its timing. Deals 4% damage each. Using the move in the air slows his momentum. Fully charged, the move becomes Accel Blaster.
- INFINITY Neutral Special – Accel Shot: 17 fires two energy blasts in quick succession, each one dealing 5%. It can be held like Power Blitz, and slows his momentum the same. Same as with Power Blitz, the move becomes Accel Blaster when fully charged.
- Side Special – Redriver: 17 performs a dash so quick that he turns near-invisible. His primary manner of recovering. If the button is held, he’ll do a strong forward lunge kick after reappearing. The kick deals 10% damage. He will enter pratfall if the kick did not hit anybody.
- INFINITY Side Special – Barrier Punch: 17 performs a dash that goes further than Accel Dash, aided by a Barrier to give him 1 hit’s worth of armor, and if the button is held or if he comes into contact with anyone on the way forward, he will perform a Barrier Punch that deals 11% damage.
- Downward Special – Barrier Field: 17 raises an arm to create a barrier. Briefly invincible during the start-up. The move can be held to keep the barrier up, and the move destroys projectiles during its duration, as well as gives a brief hitbox at the beginning that deals 3% damage.
- INFINITY Downward Special – Barrier Spin: 17 will create a barrier around him with both hands instantaneously. If the button is held, it will transition into a consecutive attack where 17 makes the Barrier rotate rapidly. Deals 3% damage per hit, up to 4 times for 12% damage, the final hit launching the opponent up and away.
- Upward Special – Accel Driver: 17 will dash upwards, and if he meets an opponent as he goes up, he will perform an Sledgehammer to launch off of them, dealing 8% damage and launching the opponent downwards softly.
- INFINITY Upward Special – Accel Finish: 17 will dash upwards further, and if he meets an opponent, he will rapidly attack them, before launching them away with a Rough Ranger. The attack deals 11% damage. If Special is held, 17 will instead perform Sledgehammer and send the opponent downwards.
