This mod brings the Dark Elf City Guard to WH3, mentioned in the Chronicles 2003 and listed as missing unit in the community post.
It’s a hybrid unit just like the Lothern Sea Guard with spears and crossbow. Yeah, the animation doesn’t look perfect, but I’m still learning.

The City Commander is the male Dreadlord but renamed to fit the role. Additionally he can ride a Cold One Chariot.
