Real Rivers for Random Maps
A map generation mod. Five new map types are available, in which there are 1-tile-wide rivers, which are called Great Rivers. Other maps do not generate such rivers.
Also adds a new game mode, introducing new districts, buildings, units, and improvements adapted to the Great River, new water roads, and unique bonuses from the Great River.
What’s new:
New water terrain, Great River. Thanks to the Nile river in the scenario!
New route type, built by a new support unit in the water!
Gameplay changes:
Scouts, settlers and traders can embark after sailing Tech.
Cities adjacent to Great River tiles get +1 housing and +1 amenity.
Preserve districts provide +1 culture and +1 faith for Great River (Cataracts and Canyons) tiles.
Great River tiles provide adjacent yield changes for improvemnts and districts, please check the pedia in game for details.
