Added Mobile Worker from Iron Blooded Orphans into Rimworld

Announce to you Mechanization, a mod series about Mecha and Mecha-liked Vehicles.
which does mean it only include vehicle, without other themed apparel,gameplay mechanism, building or other additional content.

i’m also looking for any helper for vehicle mod coding to have a more playable mecha in vehicle framework.
