Mostly Harmless
Mostly Harmless is a mod that splits the harm game rules into 2 sets of 2 game rules each that control death harm events and incapable harm events separately. Allowing you to set frequency and targets for both types of harm events separately.
Incapacitating random harm events can also be set to add the infirm trait instead, which can optionally upgrade to incapable if a harm event triggers when a character is already infirm.
Additionally a couple new settings have been added:
"Random Harm: Unsafe" – event frequency between the default "Dangerous" and "Illusion of Safety"
"Random Harm Target: Merciless/ Merciless Player Only" – Merciless is the same as harm events affecting every one, but without any player protection. Unmodded, harm events wont trigger if a player has no player heir or an invalid player heir.
The vanilla "Random Harm" game rules have been turned into the "Random Harm – Death" game rules. Due to game rule display order being the order they are defined by the game. "Random Harm – Incapable" game rules appear below the death rules and other vanilla game rules.
This overwrites all of "harm_events.txt", the "upgrade_infirm_to_incapable_effect" and the script values, triggers and game rules related to harm events. Other mods that mess with these may not work properly with this mod.
