Delirious R Key!
Ever wanted to get more completions marks past Delirium? Me too!
This mod makes it so after defeating Delirium, it drops a new item called "Delirious R Key". This item works nearly identical to R Key, except that it also replaces 6 of your red heart containers with broken hearts. This allows the player to get more completion marks in a run, but also coming with a cost. When used while playing as either version of the Keeper, the item only replaces 2 hearts instead of 6 to make sure you don’t instantly die. Also works the same for the Forgotten. (It’ll replace 3 hearts though, not only 2.)
