Rename Anyone
Simple mod that allows you to rename anyone.

In vanilla CK3 you can only rename your current player character, this mod simply removes that restriction allowing you to rename anyone.
Unlike other mods that do this this hopefully should be fairly compatible.

Yes, it should be compatible with any future versions of Crusader Kings 3
No, the yellow triangle does not mean it needs updating, though it is always good to check
Yes, it should work with any other Mod, even Total Conversions (such as A Game of Thrones) as long as they dont overwrite the interaction_menu_window.gui or 00_birth_triggers.txt files (which for example Elder Kings 2 does).
