Only requires: (Soundtrack Menu, !!(REP)Music Mod Callback, and Mod Config Menu Pure).
1. Launch the game and select "New Run."
2. In-game, press ‘F10’ to open the Mod Config Menu.
3. Select "Set Soundtrack."
4. Change from "Default Soundtrack" to "Neon Genesis Evangelion Soundtrack"

For anyone having problems getting the mod to work despite having all other needed mods downloaded, just try unsubscribing and subscribing.
