Description:

This mod adds 7 new units to both help fill in a couple gaps in the imperial’s roster, add some variety, and help deal with the power creep of more recent armies added to the franchise.

Halberds with shields- a halberd unit with slightly higher upkeep and a shield
Veteran Free Company- Modestly better in melee than regular free company units, but with very powerful, slow to reload blunderbuss ranged weapons.
Mastiffs- A canine unit for the empire.
Empire knights with a sword and shield rather than a lance, around about the same stats as black knights.
Grenade Lobber- Low powered artillery piece that can be unlocked at the barracks instead of the artillery school. Relatively poor as far as artillery goes, but can actually hold its own in melee, and has vanguard deployment.
Imperial swordsmen- A much much tougher unit than the regular sword and shield unit, with slightly less men per unit.
Veteran Riflemen- A ranged unit with good range but extremely fragile.

May have slight balancing tweaks in the future, and possibly new units to be added later too.

Attempts to make each state troop unit visually distinct from the vanilla base pool, and also attempts to make more expensive/higher tier units more impressive and well armored looking to add a sense of progression with your army.
