Description:

This mod requires the Gather: Storm DLC to function properly, and does not support the original version and the Rise and Fall expansion pack.
This mod relies on the 404 Electronic Warfare and Infiltration Brigade led by HK416.
This mod also requires Girls Frontline-Core to function properly.

Ability: Promise Beyond the Horizon
"We made a promise to go together under the blue sky and on the sunny beach."
Centered around the capital, when units encounter undiscovered civilizations,
Reward (5+rounds*0.1+1.09^distance) of technology value and culture value.
However, if a non-major civilization is discovered, only 1/2 of the reward value will be given.
