Expanded Albion (Reupload, updated to patch 7.XX)
Reupload of CaptainSnafu’s mod "Expanded Albion". Uploaded and updated with permission.
All credits to him, I have changed some minor things and made some additions.
Main Features
Buildings
1. Relics chain:
After conquering some regions of your main enemies (All forms of Chaos, Norsca, Dark elves), you can build these special buildings to get variant bonus according to different enemy.
2. Nomad chain:
Gives income, growth and replenishment. You can build it with the hunting chain, so you won’t be financial broken in the late game with many armies.
3. Tier-5 infantry building.:
You can recruit the veteran Oathsworn there.
4. Tier-5 stable building:
Allows you to recruit the human cavalry units faster.
5. Tier-4 Wall with better garrison.
Skills:
1. Add 2 skill nodes (give morale and hit points) for druid and chief.
2. Add a skill node for general and truthsayer, which can improve the units from alliances (Empire, Bretonnia, Kislev, High elves and Dwarfs).
Techs:
1. Add 2 new techs that improve the capacity and speed of global recruitment.
2. Add 4 new techs that give buffs to the units from certain allies (Empire, Bretonnia, Kislev, High elves and Dwarfs). The buffs are in all areas. Missile and weapon damage, morale and melee attack and defense.
Misc:
1. Add a druid as garrison leader in the waystone chain.
2. Add 4 new ancillaries for Albion.
3. If you are an ally of Albion, you can recruit the new units as well as the feral mammoth.
4. Can recruit feral mammoth in the ivory resource building, feral bears from the fur resource building and Longma Riders from the spice building, Feral Mantocore’s from the exotic animals building.

Don’t know if the language patch still works but it should. The default language is english and works fine.
