Tired of the MTL translation of the game i created this mod.

I plan to update my mod as i play the game.
The file modified is just LocalText.json but it may change in the future.
Compatible with other mods,u can change the load order in game to decide which mod overwrite the others,bottom mods overwrite top ones.
