Wonder "Saigyou Ayakashi"
On the time of completion of construction, Eliminate All Military units that don’t belong to the owner with the chance of (2/the number of alive civilizations), then provide “the number of eliminated units * 10” Culture. The tiles of the city in which it is built +3 Appeals.
Must be adjacent to the Capital City Center and the Theatre,Must be built on Plains or Grassland.
