LEUGI’S MEXICO (MAXIMILIAN I)

Trait: Stand At Quertaros
Citizen Loyalty penalty during a Dark Age is reversed and bonus during a Golden Age is doubled. Cities at full Loyalty generate +1 Great General Point per Panteon Civil. Gain the Volunteer Corps unique unit at the discovery of Rifling.

Unit: Volunteer Corps
Mexican unique Industrial era unit when Maximilian I is their leader. This unit isn’t trained; instead, it is created whenever you patron a Great General. It generates Culture whenever it defeats an enemy equal to 50% of their Combat Strength.

Agenda – Emperor by Plebiscite
Tries to uphold the Loyalty of his Citizens, and honours civilizations sharing his Government that do the same. Believes those that fail at this discredit his chosen Government system, and thus dislikes those civilizations accordingly.
