80s-90s Izhevsk brick buildings pack
This pack offers a small collection of buildings that were built in Izhevsk in the 80s and 90s. They were selected based on their main building material (brick) and their common general aesthetic. There are both residential and service/utility buildings. For the residential buildings Q/E is enabled.
Residential buildings:
– white lowrise ”single unit”, hosts 60, quality 90.
– white lowrise L-shape, hosts 140, quality 90.
– red lowrise, hosts 120, quality 85.
– red highrise block, hosts 200, quality 85.
– white highrise, hosts 150, quality 90.
– red highrise, hosts 196, quality 90.
The highrises require mechanical components. The difference in quality is meant to reflect how I estimated the hosting capacity of each building.
Service buildings:
– clinic: 30 workers and 15 doctors, 3 ambulances, 5t oil tank. Requires electric components.
– radio station: 50 workers and 25 professionals. Requires both electric and mechanical parts.
– small shop: 8 workers. Requires electric parts. Capacity: 5t of food and clothes, 2.5t of meat.
– power substation.
– small school: 15 workers and 15 teachers.
– big school: 25 workers and 45 teachers. I thank Comrade Генерал Говно for in situ data gathering.
– police station: 100 employees, 150 officers, 30t oil tank, 10 police cars, text caption.
– town/district adminitration, 35 employees, 10 professionals.
The residentials and some of the service buildings are collisionless.
The shop can be placed as an extension to other buildings.
