Flo is an aggressive speedster. Their skates allow them to easily whizz past foes with low friction.
Hold the Airdodge button while Wavedashing to Slide as far as you can.
Set up Rails with Down Special to Grind anywhere you want!
Or send a spinning cone with Neutral Special to grind on those rails just like you!

Filomena, born to Water and Air avian parents, had been raised in Fire Capital… with no natural connection to the flame. Eager to fit in with their peers, young Filomena relentlessly sought out methods to artificially create and control fire.
Eventually, with their burning passion for aggressive inline skating, the speedster found a way to create bright burning sparks by sliding on their skates! Now known as Flo, our firestarter has fully harnessed the power of fire sparks, and is pumped up to prove their strong and very real connection to the flame to all of Aether.
Unfortunately, almost everyone around Flo disapproves of this use of the flame, being born as water/air, citing it as "dark magic" and "unnatural". This has resulted in plenty of fights, bullying, and threats of banishment, though Flo is more than capable of fighting back.
With skates and their trusty helmet on, Flo styles on their opponents with agility, elegantly slaloming and weaving through their foes’ attacks, while creating fire from heat and friction. Will Flo one day find their people who would understand and take in this misfit?
Play on Flo’s home stage by Hyuponia. This skatepark, bustling with activity with skating enthusiasts and fans, has usable rails for Flo! Do you recognize the characters in the background?
