This is a submod for DEI overhaul it reduces food consumption and squalor penalties as well as public order penalties of all buildings in the mod.
MUST GO ABOVE DEI MAIN MOD FILES IN LOAD ORDER.
i have also made changes where some buildings that provide public order bonuses are increased by small amounts.
The submod also removes all negative effects for food producing buildings the population should be happy you are providing more food for regions..
This is in beta if changes are needed please say I will also make this part of my compilation pack for DEI if it works well and there no issues with crashes etc.
