Description:

In this minor adjustment mod, I’ve added in a few balance changes to Vestal. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as Vanilla.

Mace Bash:
+15% DMG Mod, 90-110 Acc. All other stats/effects unchanged.

Judgement:
OOXX OOOO
Base Damage, 90-110 Acc. All other stats/effects unchanged.

Illumination:
OOOO OOOO
-33% DMG Mod, Full Armor Piercing, Cannot Crit (Is_Crit_Valid False, same as Vanilla), all other stats/effects unchanged

Hand Of Light:
XXOO OOOX
-33% DMG Mod, 7% to 11% Crit Chance, +10 to +20 Acc. vs Targets below 25% HP, +7% to +15% Crit Chance vs Targets above 75% HP
