IAU 1.5+ Patch
Exactly what it says on the tin: this is a 1.5 compatibility patch for the Innovation Actually Useful mod. Specifically, this updates some base modifiers that IAU tweaked to make private investment contribution work again.
You will NEED BOTH this mod and the original mod for everything to work fully. This is a submod, not a complete fork.
You can position the mods with respect to each other however you’d like; IAU Patch is designed to work no matter what the main modset load order is (thanks to some Vic3 lifehacks).
• Credit goes to SumGuy for the IAU mod, of course. All I did was update the a file to work with what 1.5 needs.

This mod updates the `base_values` modifier definition from IAU to match the vanilla definition of it as of 1.5.10. The innovation and tech spread values have carried over from IAU, but the vanilla value for `state_education_access_wealth_add` has been kept since it, apparently, has been lowered below what IAU set it to. The new definition sits in its own file, named such that it always loads after the base IAU mod’s file is loaded, ensuring that the fixed definition overwrites it. No other changes are made.
