Better High Kinlord Rilis XII | EK2+

With this mod you are able to play more accurate to the TES lore with High Kinlord Rilis XII ‘len Rilis of Firsthold[en.uesp.net] from Elder Scrolls Online’s dungeons: Banished Cells I[en.uesp.net] and Banished Cells II[en.uesp.net]. In the lore and original EK2 mod his dynasty, House Rilis, are the rulers and proud line of warriors hailing from High Kinship of Firsthold in northern Auridon. At least that was the case until the last Rilis as Lady Elanwe puts it.[en.uesp.net]
EK2 portrays him quite well in both bookmarks: Warlord Rising (2E 440) and Interregnum (2E 450) but it can be better. In original, he probably dies within the first years of the game, especially in the later start date where he is a Molag Bal worshipper. Without achieving greatness by forging his contract with the Daedra? What nonsense! There is a reason why among dozens of Rilises, he is the one the Keepers trapped him in Banished Cells.
In this mod, his Lifespan trait has increased in 2E 450 and added or tweaked some of his skills in both start dates to better portray him in Elder Kings 2.
- High Kinlord Rilis XII gets more accurate traits, Magicka perks, and more! Also a new epithet for his notorious acts known by the people: the Despot!
- Rilis XII has now pre-determined list of Magicka perks. Yes, he can use magicka now, no more RNG stats!
- His character development differs in both bookmarks. You can see how fast he progressed in magicka and reputation only in 10 years thanks to his Daedric ties.
- Players now have a chance to achieve immortality via Lichdom in his lifetime. This was still the case before but not achievable under previous circumstances.
See v1.0.2 Patch Notes! - Other characters who interacted with Rilis XII are also overhauled. These are:
- Lady Elanwe: Mistress of Rilis XII. She is no longer a Pure-blood High Elf but gets a prefix epithet "Lady" and becomes his lover at an earlier date.
- Sorondil: Bastard son of Rilis XII. No wonder why he doesn’t have Pure-blood now. His birth date is now at an earlier date, which makes him born during gameplay. He is also added to House Rilis as an illegitimate bastard for more flavor. Check his side quest in ESO about him claiming to be a Rilis successor.
- Vanus Galerion: First Court Mage of Rilis XII. He now resides in Firsthold, serving as High Kinlord’s Court Mage instead of wandering aimless in open world as a duck to shoot down to end his misery.
