Malevolent Tree Kin have a unit cap
Malevolent Tree Kin unit cap can be increased at tier III & tier IV haunted forest building
Tier III haunted forest building increases Malevolent Tree Kin unit cap by 2
Tier IV haunted forest building increases Malevolent Tree Kin unit cap by 3
They benfit from the same skills and tech as forest animals
Only Mother Ostankya can recuit these two units
