10 Skill Slots and Level 5 skills
Original can be found on nexus mods. Original creator is 13erserk, all credits to him. Uploaded this mod here, so that me and my brother can use it and maybe other people who are interested in this mod.
Updated this mod, so it is compatible with other minor mods.
I tried to figure out how to make this mod compatible with "Vlad’s Balance Mod", sadly i couldn’t find any workaround to make this happen. Because Vlad and i are editing the skills.def there is at the moment no way to make the mods compatible with each other. Maybe in the future if there will be some sort of load order it will work, when the last loaded item will overwrite any files from previous loaded files, but right now there is nothing like this in sight.

This mod makes it possible for the player and AI to have 10 skill slots instead of 5 from vanilla game. 5 primary skill slots and 5 secondary skill slots. But that’s not all! You can also upgrade your skills up to level 5 with this mod that’s if you have the money and the books for upgrades.
NEW in v1.2 – AI have their own almost vanilla skill bonuses(some slightly modified) while the Player has enhanced skills mostly doubled then AI (see the last picture added where skills are compared for start).
NEW in v1.1 – First 5 skills costs 500 books to get each and the last 5 skills now cost 750 books to get each. This should hold the AI back greatly but the downside is that it also holds back the new to the game players.
From skill level 3 the cost for upgrade is: Level 3 skill = 500 books and 1000 gold, Level 4 skill = 750 books and 2500 gold, Level 5 skill = 750 books and 5000 gold.

Changelog:
1. added costs for learning all skills (means all 10 skills will now have an initial book cost of 200, so no more 5 free skills after learning the first 5)
2. added capacity increase of 400 per level for piety through the theology skill, for both marshal and cleric, so that cerlics should be able to perform all missions even if max leveled
3. i removed the under "NEW in v1.2" mentioned differences between player and AI, means AI and the player are getting the same advantages/ skills
4. made the adopt population ability from clerics work. Now you can level your clerics to level 50 and there should be no issue with the adopt population ability. Didn’t change the cost, so beware that an adoption from a level 50 clerc will cost a lot.
