Description:

This mod adds the possibility to balance the number of wargoals by changing the amount of maneuvers available to the AI and the player at the start of the game via an event.
Possible options are:
Few maneuvers (-25)
No change
More maneuvers (+50)
Extrem amount of maneuvers (+100)
