Description:

Updated for the Ogre patch! Adds Artifact Refinery structures that generate Binding Essence and Binding Fragments income. These structures can only be built in a Throne City.

Artifact Refinery I: Novice Crafters – Unlocked at Town Hall II and provides 5 Binding Essence per turn.
Artifact Refinery II: Adept Crafters – Unlocked at Town Hall III and provides 10 Binding Essence and 5 Binding Fragments per turn.
Artifact Refinery III: Master Artisans – Unlocked at Town Hall IV and provides 15 Binding Essence and 10 Binding Fragments per turn.

The Binding Essence and Binding Fragments income from each building stacks, so you can end the game with 30 Binding Essence and 15 Binding Fragments per turn.
