Hiraeth T&T Patch

This patch to Hiraeth – Dynasty Legacies Overhaul addresses a few issues remaining after Tours & Tournaments and Wards & Wardens. I will continue to maintain this patch until it is rolled into the main mod.
The vanilla game provides +1 Accolades from Renowned Name (Glory 2) and a new Accolade, House Paragon, from Close Bonds (Kin 4). These are both missing from Hiraeth.
I’ve added the following:
- +1 Accolades Available to Household Guard (Kindred 2)
- Enables the House Paragon accolade attribute to Until the Day We Die (Kindred 4)
These seem like the most appropriate placements, but I welcome your feedback.
Updated the requirement for Dreams of Conquest (Warfare 1), so that rulers with the new Exalted Warlord education trait are eligible for the perk as well.
T&T overhauled activities logic, including their costs, which meant the Sport of Kings perk could no longer give a full 80% discount to activity costs without significantly more complexity. It seems idm addressed this simply by applying the discount to the "base activity cost", a value that is then used by the individual activities as a starting point. This means that you will see a discount using this perk, but it will be nowhere close to 80%.
I’ve addressed this by updating the localization so it now says "Base Activity Cost: -80%", which should make this clear.
Unfortunately, while it is quite possible to retain an 80% flat discount on feasts, pilgrimages, hunts, Meet Peers, and other activities, it would require changing the activities’ logic themselves, which would be well beyond the scope of this mod, cause significant compatibility issues for other mods that change activities, and would require mods adding new activities (RICE, etc) to have to include logic to check for the Hiraeth perk. Thus I don’t think it’s feasible, and adjusting the base activity cost is a better solution.
I welcome any feedback on the activity cost. In light of the above, it may be worth considering increasing the discount beyond 80%.
As of writing, idm did not get around to creating a Hiraeth version of T&T’s Activities track yet. (Also Legacy of Persia’s Brilliance track.) I do not think it is in the scope of this mod to attempt to do so myself, so these tracks remain as-is. It is my hope that idm returns to update the tracks (or at least provide the AI requirements).
Additionally, I’d love to see someone tackle Hiraeth patches for other mods like RICE that provide their own legacy tracks.
