This modification works with:
- Gates of Hell (Vanilla Game)
- DLC 1 – Talvisota
- DLC 2 – Scorched Earth
- DLC 3 – Liberation

This modification adds historical emblems and other insignia to many textures for the german Wehrmacht. Adds more authenticity and realism to the game. Side note: The black swastika insignia for one helmet was already in the game files, but is unused by the developers.

206 textures done so far:
- All Helmets (Luftwaffe, Heer, Kriegsmarine)
- All Caps (Luftwaffe, Heer, Kriegsmarine)
- Different Ammo Boxes
- Flags (Post, Wall, the historical Reichskriegsflagge from 1938)
- Ingame Menu Flags (the historical Reichskriegsflagge from 1938)
- Uniforms (Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine)
- Most Heer Uniforms are unchanged (except Pz.Truppe, Pz.Jäger, Pz. Aufklärer, Sturmartillerie)
- All Aircraft (Luftwaffe)
- Two Vehicles (Heer)
No other file changes. Only texture files. Next ToDos will be:
- All Uniforms with very small visible Eagles (Heer)
On a special request, I also changed all "medic symbols" from green/black to the Red Cross. This is a difficult topic. Support the International Red Cross where you can https://www.icrc.org/
- Medic infantry units (German Reich, Soviet Union, Finland, US Armed Forces)
- The buildable Medic Rally Point (Tent) for all Factions
- Opel Blitz ( m.Lkw(3t) ) with Medic Tarp
- Interface Icons for Revive and Heal
The author of this mod distances himself from fascism and national socialism.
