Description:

jeff is the challenmge character for the modern age: he gets no iframes. thats his entire gimmick and it RULES.
he starts with the same stats as cain but will die in less than a second at any health if he stands in a brimstone beam for a litte too long. jeff sucks and to reinforce that we banged out this mod in like 2 hours
