This is a integration enhance mod for the vanilla military engineer imporved from previous Military engineer Mods.

Feature Alternations
- Prerequisites Alternations: Military engineers now unlock with Engineering, the prerequisite become the Encampment district instead of the Armory.
- To support unique encampment districts like Vietnam and Zulu, a dummy building is added to unlock the military engineer upon the encampment complete.
- Fort improvement now unlocks with Military Engineering.
- Military engineer now demands fewer training production (180→150) and has +1 movement and +1 build charge, can build roads using resources instead of build charges.
- Technology progresses of INDUSTRIALIZATION and NANOTECHNOLOGY now grant additional +1 and +2 build charges for the Military engineer.
- Military engineer now receives better mobility from Great Engineer, Great General or GreatAdmiral within 2 tiles.
Governor Enhance
Governor Victor now grants extra bonus for military engineer from his promotions REDOUBT and DEFENSE LOGISTICS.
- REDOUBT: Increases city garrison Combat Strength by +5. Military engineer trained in this city gains +1 additional Build charge. Establishes in 3 turns.
- DEFENSE LOGISTICS: City cannot be put under siege. Accumulating Strategic resources in the city gain an additional +1 per turn. +100% Production to military engineer training for this city.
Policy Ehance
Additional effects for some policy cards buffing the military engineers.
- VETERANCY: +30% Production toward military engineer.
- CRAFTSMEN: Newly trained military engineer has +1 Build charge.
- FIVE YEAR PLAN: Newly trained military engineer has +1 Build charge.
- INTEGRATED SPACE CELL: Enable military engineers to complete 10% of a Spaceport with one of their Build charge.
