Colored Tiers (Titles) UPDATED! 1.19

I have updated to make it fully compatible with the latest game version and will keep it up to date like I do with my other mods and I am looking into adding onto it at some point. The mod was missing some of the latest additions to the culture_titles_l_english file, some got added with 1.10 update and again things got added in 1.11 update so the mod had to be updated or you would be missing out on certain title names.
Info From Original Mod
Colored tiers/titles for emperor/king/duke/count/baron.
Emperor – purple
King – gold
Duke – blue
Count – green
Baron – red
Color are defined in file 2245860963guititleformatting.gui (thank you @Ac566 🙂 )
Color are tier based, but some local-specific name are omitted or ranked incorrectly :(. Some of them because name could fit few ranks at once. For example Pope can be catholic King and duke-level for custom Christian faiths. Same for prince/princess which can be child of both tiers emperor and king etc.
