Description:

Changes the Morale system to make fights less snowbally and the system in general less gamey:

Allies dying or routing
-12 Morale, +2 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit, minimum of -6 Morale
-9 Morale, +1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit
Enemies dying or routing
+12 Morale, -2 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit, minimum of +6 Morale
+9 Morale, -1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit
Allied Hero dying or routing
-8 Morale, +2 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing Hero, minimum of -4 Morale
-9 Morale, +1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing Hero
Enemy Hero dying or routing
+8 Morale, -2 for every hex between the ally and the dying/routing unit, minimum of +4 Morale
+9 Morale, -1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing Hero
Unit hit by a Critical Attack
-5 Morale
Effect Removed
Unit hit by a Flanking Attack
-3 Morale
Effect Removed
New Turn: Too Many Allies Died
-15 Morale at the start of every turn when 2/3 of your starting army is dead and your army is outnumbered

-12 Morale, +4 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit
-9 Morale, +1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit
Inspiring Killer
+12 Morale, -2 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit, minimum of +6 Morale
+9 Morale, -1 for every hex between the unit and the dying/routing unit

Also buffs Merciless Slavers since these changes hurt the trait. Merciless Slavers now gives you +3 gold per tier of units defeated in combat.
