Description:

A bunch of balance changes I made for myself.
Makes ALL weapons carried by Blue Moon pawns biocoded, adds Death Acidifiers to ALL Blue Moon pawns, changes mech serum recipe to use giltteroworld medicine instead of industrial, makes lazarus injector more expensive.
