The S. A. Waterberg was a fully cellular container ship built in 1979 by Normed Constructions in France for Safmarine. She had 3 other sister ships that were all identical, aptly nicknamed the ‘Great Whites’. The vessel sailed for Safmarine making voyages with containers and up to 10 passengers. between Europe and South Africa. With the purchase of Safmarine by Maersk, the S. A. Waterberg was eventually renamed Maersk Constantia. The ship was beached and broken up in Bangladesh in 2008.

This vessel is a small scaled down replica.

Accommodations:
The accommodation is large and comfortable. There are a variety of lower level crew cabins, and large officer cabins on the upper decks. The three passenger cabins are located on the port side middle deck. Passengers, officers, and crew each have their own separate dining rooms. There is a lounge for officers and passengers on the top deck, with a swimming pool on that deck.

Sink:
Sinking can be activated by turning the key on the desk in the captain’s dayroom.
