Description:

This mod opens all vanilla options to all factions regarding settlements and diplomacy.

All factions can Occupy, Sack, Loot and Raze.
All factions can have Client States and Vassals
All factions can form Confederations including new confederations
…Italic League (Romans and Etruscans)
…Punic League (Carthage, Nova Carthago, Libya)
…Desert Dominion (Masaesyli, Kush, Saba, Nabataea)
…Eastern Dominion (Parthia)
