Description:

This is a mod tool that allows you to change the goods a province produces, add modifiers to a province, or change other items like culture or religion.

Supports goods from vanilla EU4, Trade Goods Expanded mod, and Anbennar mod. Do not try to use the Trade Good Expanded or Anbennar mode if you are not using those mods.

It is also able to change a province to your culture or religion,or import a foreign culture or religion into the province .

Can add province modifiers including:
Adding or improving a center of trade
Good production modifiers
Defensive modifiers
Adding tax, production, or manpower
Add a merchant port, barracks, or naval base
Add OP modifiers like legendary artifacts or futuristic technology modifiers.

Start by doing the setup decision, and then activate the change good/province decision to activate the change events. Mod works by targeting a province that either: has the "Increased Autonomy" modifier, is the capital, or a random colony. In most cases you will probably use the increased autonomy button to target a province and then the tool will remove the modifier and subtract 25% autonomy during the process.

I added a targeting mode for cultural & religious changes that can either target all provinces with increased autonomy or all owned provinces.
