Description:

Updated for version 1.18.1.1 and All Under Heaven!

Increases the "Integrate Title" Chancellor task speed:
(15 diplomacy = 25 years ; 20 diplomacy = 19 years)

Increases the time it takes for titles to de jure drift:
100 years > 500 years

Improves "Foreign Affairs" and "Domestic Affairs" Chancellor tasks.
