Remove Goggle on Caps Universal
Disables the ability to screw a rhino mount into your skull and use a NVG set with no mount.
Any headgear with no armor value will not be able to use NVGs, with the exeption of headgear with "helmet" in class name.
Mod needs no compatibility patches, it will work fine with most headware.
Tested with (Vanilla, All RHS packs, CUP, 3CB Faction, CPF Factions).

Mod retains all previous CBA settings:
– Allow NVGs with nothing on head
– NVGs that can mount on anything
– Headgear class whitelist
– Headgear class blacklist
