Brief overview of changes:
Steel Legion is now cheap so it does not suck- It actually has the ability to be mechanized now
Soap Droppers Now have SP Call ins for mid/late game
Tau are not Auto win – They are also more varied so you have to play to win and it is fun
Eldar are not Auto win …. Until they get the Fire Prism
Astra-slight power creep-now have 120 cool down pdf as mp unit
Blood Pact-slight power creep- makes sp units better/ more fun
Krieg- Mixed bag nerfs plus power increase
Space marines – slight power creep to keep up with guard…. Made Box Naughts more viable
