Functionality
Build meter while fighting and hit your opponents with a powerful time stop
1 Bar = 1 Second of time stop
Time stop is available with at least 3 bars, can be activated by any of the following inputs:
taunt+attack
taunt+special
taunt+shield
Time stop can also be activated while in hitstun or while trapped in another player’s timestop, however this will come at the cost of 2 extra bars, thus putting the activation requirement at 5 bars
