Description:

Retainers/Ancillaries mod. – I recommend you use this mod with my People mod as they share the same style portraits.

+160 New retainers. This is on top of making the old retainers more unique. You’re much less likely to get the same retainer twice.

All general retainers given their own portrait. You will no longer see two or three different retainers with the same portrait. The only exception to this is the agents. I did mod the agent retainers but didn’t put as much work into it as the generals. I took all the objects/relics for generals and converted them to human retainers and changed the names/stats.

Retainer stats increased to match my overhaul difficulty. I also added ability unlocks to a lot of retainers.

If you have any good retainer ideas make sure to leave a comment below. I want to keep retainers as human beings and not relics/objects.

As always… you have my permission to use my mods however you see fit. Have fun!

I’ve linked a vanilla version below. This will not have the 160 new retainers in it. Everything will be vanilla including the script. This will however give a separate portrait for each vanilla retainer. To install; download the .pack file and drop it in your data folder. C:/> Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Shogun 2 > Data > Put the file here. When you load your game check the file named Fourstrider_Retainer_Vanilla.pack. Done.
