Description:
From within the raging tempest of the Archai Mountains, Cirra arrives to Rivals of Aether!

Hidden in the storm created by the storm architect Absa, Cirra ensures that anyone able to brave the storm will never reach the mountaintop sanctuary. Knowing Absa’s unease on the storm’s protection, Cirra disappeared into the clouds to fight, to ensure Absa does not fight alone even if it means her methods would be shunned by the elders who raised her…

Cirra is an agile rushdown and trapper, weaving around attacks and focusing on her positioning to overwhelm the opponent.

Neutral special/Down special (cloudless): Cloud throw and Cloud hop

Cirra can create a cloud using her Neutral special or Down special. Neutral special will throw the cloud forward, down, or up while Down special will pop her upwards as she places the cloud under her. This cloud is the central part of Cirra’s kit in ability to control her space and positioning.
With the cloud out, she can hit it to blow it into a chosen direction or hit it with a strong attack to launch an electric blast that can shock the opponent or call upon the storm on a marked opponent!

Notably with forward, backward, and down air, Cirra can gain an extra boost to her momentum based on the speed at which she hits the cloud. Use this to your advantage to reach higher areas by hitting the cloud early on in her jump!

Cirra can also hitfall the clouds, offering more options for her movement with the cloud. Keep it close to you!

Neutral special: Cloud Burst

Cirra remotely detonates her cloud. This move along with other moves that hit the opponent with the cloud (excluding cloud throw) will mark opponents with the storm. Keep up your assault with the cloud to shock the opponent for combo extensions or hit them with a strong move to call lightning down onto your opponent!

Hitting players again with a mark will deliver a delayed spark to the opponent, but this can be skipped by hitting the cloud with a strong attack or catching the cloud blade while recalling with down special.

Down Special: Recall

Cirra recalls her cloud, turning it into a blade that homes into her while hitting and marking any opponents on the way.
if caught, the cloud will detonate in an electric flash, delivering a delayed spark onto the opponent.

This move can be cancelled with an attack, special, or jump input, at which the cloud will travel to where you cancelled the move, slowing down when it reaches its destination.

Forward Special: Dash Slash

Cirra dashes forward with a burst of momentup before slashing with her dagger.
Hitting an opponent or a cloud will bounce you upwards while preserving your speed!
Hitting a wall instead will jump you off of the wall, but be careful! this will only happen once in the air!

Up Special: Sky Slash

Cirra quickly shoots up into the air with a slash. This move is strongest at the earliest part of the move, and will call lightning upon your opponent if you hit them with this sweetspot while they are marked with the storm.
