Auto Birth Control Policy
Adds a button to each dome control panel to automatically or manually control the domes Birth Control Policy. Holding CTRL key while clicking the AB Policy icon Toggles the AB Policy on or off for all domes.
Modes:
In Auto Birth Mode the mod controls the Birth Control Policy button.
In Manual Birth Mode you control the Birth Control Policy button.
How it Works:
In Auto Birth mode the dome is checked every hour to determine if births should be allowed. If there are more open residential slots than colonists living in the dome then births are allowed otherwise births are forbidden.
Nurseries slots are not counted as residences however I don’t recommend building them with this mod because it is easier to see how many residential slots one needs to open or close by letting the children live in the residences.
