renown-rebalance
Rulers (count+) now give renown to their dinasty regardless if they’re independent or not.
Vassals (non independent) give half of the base renown value per month.
Removed the cap on renown gained by number of living dinasty members.
This will make it easier to farm renown by having more children and by landing your dinasty
