Skins are:

USMC Infantry Man
USMC Assaulter
USMC Machine Gunner

There are only three for the skin selection but the multiskin has different variants

The three skins are for the diffrent hands model

By now im assuming most of you know how to use the multiskin but if not then you can configure the multiskin mutator on the mutator tabs and then modify the weapons or varieties whatever you want.
